To deliver these complex projects, we orchestrate a bespoke, elite network of world-class institutional curators, technical producers, specialist lawyers, and communications experts. This agile model allows us to assemble the perfect team required for every project, ensuring absolute structural integrity, significant commercial reach, and overall project success.
Architecting Cultural Legacies
We provide high-level counsel to the boards of global entities such as Hauser & Wirth and advise industry leaders on the management of significant private estates including Grosvenor Estate in the UK, and the Gerald & Betty Ford Estate in California.
Our work spans museum-grade curatorial placemaking and high-profile exhibitions in the public sphere, including our long-term programming at at Wolterton Hall in Norfolk. We operate at the intersection of visionary artistic ambition and complex logistical execution, whether delivering critically acclaimed programming or transforming heritage estates and urban environments into world-class cultural destinations. In every environment, we create dynamic, disruptive, and enduring cultural ecosystems that drive audience engagement and international recognition. Our ability to embed contemporary art into landmark architectur and non-traditional environments is evidenced by our work at the John Lautner Garcia House in Los Angeles andand our multi-season collaborations with Burberry.
We have a proven track record of collaborating with the world’s leading institutions—from conceiving the first art and literature programme at the Royal Academy of Arts to curating nationwide museum tours in collaboration with Arts Council England. We are frequently called upon to structure high-value transactions and facilitate significant museum loans and gifts to institutions such as Tate, the Hammer Museum, and the Yale Center for British Art.
Advising private individuals, family offices, and corporate entities, we provide a highly discreet approach to building collections. Our work goes beyond mere acquisition; we manage the entire lifecycle of an art asset—from the precision-sourcing of rare 20th-century masterpieces to the complex commercial and legal structuring required for significant Old Master transactions. By leveraging our deep market intelligence and international network, we ensure our clients secure works of the highest quality, with a focus on long-term cultural value and institutional relevance.
Our leadership is defined by a commitment to shaping the global cultural conversation. This is reflected in our invitation to provide expert evidence to the House of Lords for a Cross-Parliamentary Inquiry on the impact of new technology on the creative industries, and our roles as speakers on major industry platforms, including the Deloitte Art & Finance Conference at the Vatican. Our approach is further evidenced by our work in global publishing, including the critically acclaimed A Short Affair (Simon & Schuster), created in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Arts.
